Refunds
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Return Eligibility

Payment Methods

NuttyEngineer accepts payments exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR). To provide a secure and reliable checkout experience, all online transactions are processed through Razorpay, a trusted third-party payment gateway that uses industry-standard encryption and security practices.
For your security, NuttyEngineer does not collect or store your debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI credentials. All sensitive payment information is transmitted directly to Razorpay through secure, encrypted connections.

All online payments are securely processed by Razorpay. NuttyEngineer does not have access to or store your complete payment credentials. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
Cash on Delivery
COD is an exception-based payment facility and is subject to prior review and approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not a standard payment option on NuttyEngineer. It may be offered only in exceptional cases after prior discussion and approval by our Technical Team.

Applicable only for eligible orders with a total value below ₹10,000.
Educational Institutions
Schools, colleges, universities, and other recognized educational organizations may request COD approval.
Research & Development
Research laboratories, R&D organizations, startups, and industrial research projects may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of a Cash on Delivery request is entirely at the discretion of NuttyEngineer. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or withdraw the COD facility for any order without providing a reason.
Product Warranty
Warranty coverage depends on the product, operating conditions, and technical evaluation.
Certain products sold by NuttyEngineer may include a limited warranty, where specifically mentioned on the respective product page. Unless otherwise stated, the warranty covers only manufacturing defects and eligible software or firmware-related issues that occur under normal operating conditions.
Warranty coverage is applicable only when the product has been installed, handled, and operated according to the recommended specifications and usage guidelines.

- Damage caused by improper handling or negligence.
If hardware damage is determined to be outside the warranty coverage, repair or replacement may still be offered at the customer's expense, subject to the availability of spare parts and technical feasibility.
Warranty terms may vary depending on the product category. Where applicable, the warranty period and specific coverage will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page. NuttyEngineer reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all warranty claims before approving repair, replacement, or service.
Shipping Policy
From order confirmation to dispatch and delivery, every shipment follows a defined processing flow.
NuttyEngineer aims to process and dispatch all confirmed orders as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order verification, and operational requirements.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after successful order confirmation.
Most orders are delivered within 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier network.
Timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared whenever available, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
While NuttyEngineer makes every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
