Refunds

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

6. Payment Methods
NuttyEngineer accepts payments exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR). To provide a secure and reliable checkout experience, all online transactions are processed through Razorpay, a trusted third-party payment gateway that uses industry-standard encryption and security practices.
For your security, NuttyEngineer does not collect or store your debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI credentials. All sensitive payment information is transmitted directly to Razorpay through secure, encrypted connections.
All transactions are subject to successful authorization by your bank or payment service provider. NuttyEngineer reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be verified or authorized.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not a standard payment option on NuttyEngineer. It may be offered only in exceptional cases after prior discussion and approval by our Technical Team.
Where approved, COD may be available under the following conditions:

Applicable only for eligible orders with a total value below ₹10,000.
Educational Institutions
Schools, colleges, universities, and other recognized educational organizations may request COD approval.
Research & Development
Research laboratories, R&D organizations, startups, and industrial research projects may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Product Warranty
Certain products sold by NuttyEngineer may include a limited warranty, where specifically mentioned on the respective product page. Unless otherwise stated, the warranty covers only manufacturing defects and eligible software or firmware-related issues that occur under normal operating conditions.
Warranty coverage is applicable only when the product has been installed, handled, and operated according to the recommended specifications and usage guidelines.

Not Covered Under Warranty
- Physical or accidental damage.
- Burnt or short-circuited components.
- Reverse polarity or incorrect wiring.
- Over-voltage or electrical misuse.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Damage caused by improper handling or negligence.
If hardware damage is determined to be outside the warranty coverage, repair or replacement may still be offered at the customer's expense, subject to the availability of spare parts and technical feasibility.
9. Shipping Policy
NuttyEngineer aims to process and dispatch all confirmed orders as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order verification, and operational requirements.

Estimated Delivery
Most orders are delivered within 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier network.
