Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper supporting evidence (images/videos). Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

🇮🇳 ₹ COD- Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not a standard payment option and is available only under special circumstances, subject to prior discussion and approval by the NuttyEngineer Technical Team.
COD may be considered under the following conditions:

🛠️ Product Warrantee
Product warranty, where applicable, covers software or firmware-related issues only, provided the product has been used under normal operating conditions as specified.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Burnt or short-circuited components
- Damage caused by incorrect wiring, over-voltage, reverse polarity, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications
In the event of hardware damage, the customer shall bear the cost of repair or replacement of the affected components. Warranty terms may vary by product and will be specified on the respective product page.
🚚 Shipping Policy
Orders placed on NuttyEngineer are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days, subject to product availability and order confirmation.
Delivery timelines typically range up to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on:
