No. You pay once for the term you choose and nothing renews automatically. We don't store your card. We'll remind you before your plan expires and you decide then.

One data point is one upload from your device to the cloud. Each upload can carry up to 25 sensor values, so sending temperature, humidity and pressure together counts as one data point, not three. Batching your readings is the easiest way to get more from your allowance.

As often as you like. We don't tier logging speed by plan — send every second or once an hour, it's your choice. Your monthly allowance is what limits how much you send in total, not how fast.

New readings pause until your allowance refills at the start of your next month. Your devices, dashboards and stored data all stay exactly as they are — and commands still work, so you can keep controlling your hardware. We'll warn you at 80% and 95% so it never comes as a surprise. You can also buy a one-off boost or upgrade at any time.

You get 7 days at full limits, so nothing changes straight away. After that your account goes read-only for 7 more days — your dashboards and history stay visible, but devices stop sending new data. Beyond that you move to Freeware limits. Nothing is ever deleted at any stage. Renew whenever you like and everything resumes exactly where it left off.

Yes, any time. Your new limits apply immediately and the term restarts from the day you upgrade. Data points you've already used this month carry over, so you're never charged twice for the same usage.
