How pools work
Devices are shared, not assigned
Lab hardware rotates between students. Seats and devices are counted separately, so 40 students can share 50 boards across different lab sessions.
The data allowance is institution-wide
Your monthly allowance covers the whole department, not per student. Set optional per-student caps so one runaway project can't drain the pool.
Students are never blocked mid-class
If the pool runs low, you get notified — not your students, and not in the middle of a lab session.
Graduating students keep their work
Departing students export all their data and dashboards, and get three months of our Starter plan free so their final-year project keeps running.
